Points [Saving to Checking]

Sorry if this question as already been asked but I tried to withdraw int the Bank from my savings to checking, but I can't enter the maximum number, I always have to enter a number under (like 10754 instead of 10755)... And so I always have 1 point remaining in my savings... I can't even enter "1" to withdraw the remaining point, it says I don't have enought point!

Well, it's just bothering me because I can't reorganize my points like I really want... the "1" is kind of pissing me... lol

Well, just to know if there's a way or it's an error of number in the script (I am programmer so I know it quite a lot).

That one point is not a full point, it is a rounded up from the decimal.
